5 quick notes before the store

This part is easy, don’t let it overwhelm you. Here are 5 basic notes to acknowledge before grocery shopping for anti-inflammatory foods!

  1. Write out a grocery list of everything you need and bring it in the grocery store so while you are shopping you don’t forget what you need.
  2. Mostly everything you get won’t come in a box (You are purchasing WHOLE foods!)
  3. Eat the rainbow.. that’s right! Don’t be shy, try new things you never would have picked up before in the produce aisle.
  4. Avoid any processed foods! (Cereal, Chips, Frozen Meals, Processed Meats, Canned Food, Sweetened Beverages)
  5. Healthy fats.. That may sound strange to people who know little about health. Focus on Monounsaturated fats and Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fats.
