Life has been busy and exciting lately! I got engaged on Christmas 2025 and am currently planning our Alaska wedding for this summer. When I’m not wedding planning, you’ll usually find me out in the garden tending to our growing vegetables, including onions, sweet potatoes, peas, bell peppers, and Brussels sprouts.

I’ve also been enjoying some quieter moments by reading On Borrowed Crime with my book club. Between wedding planning, gardening, and everyday life, I’ve been leaning on simple, nourishing meals, and one of our current favorite recipes has been on repeat so often that I’ll be sharing it here on the blog tomorrow.
